The Centre for Holistic Living is a specialist therapy practice in Coolum on the Sunshine Coast. Therapist Elle Reynolds provides therapy for therapists, with a warm, somatic-informed approach.
A space to soften, to be held, and to not have to know.
As therapists, we're trained to listen deeply, to hold complexity, and to navigate uncertainty with steadiness. But we're also human. And sometimes, all the space-holding can quietly shape a belief that you’re meant to have it all figured out.
Here, you don’t need to.
This is a space where you can lay that expectation down.
Where you can show up — unsure, messy, curious — and be met with warmth, presence, and care.
Therapy for therapists, counsellors, psychologists and healing professionals is a space to explore our own experiences, not as clinicians, but as humans. Together, we follow what’s unfolding in your body, your relationships, your work, and your inner life — gently,, side by side, and with a quiet sense of humour at the whole process.
You don’t have to hold it all alone
Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in your practice. Or something stirred in you by a client won’t quite settle. Maybe you’ve noticed old patterns resurfacing — anxiety, fatigue, the sense of never quite doing enough.
Therapy doesn’t need to be about fixing — it can be a place to notice, feel, and listen to what your body already knows.
You might come with:
* The emotional residue of holding space for others
* A longing to feel more grounded or connected in your work
* A desire to explore your own history, nervous system, or identity
* Questions you’re not sure how to ask elsewhere
Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome — fully, and just as you are.
Our approach
We work in a way that’s relational, embodied, and non-pathologising. This is not supervision or clinical analysis — this is therapy that honours your lived experience and meets you gently and warmly in your humanness.
Together, we’ll slow down and listen — to your thoughts, yes, but also to the subtle language of your body. We draw from somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support awareness, regulation, and connection.
Sessions unfold at your pace, with room for silence, movement, emotion, and reflection. You don’t need to prepare or perform. Just bring yourself.

A place to return to your centre
Therapy for therapists isn’t a luxury — it’s a kind of homecoming. A space where you can reconnect with your own inner knowing, beyond roles and expectations.
It’s about being supported as you support others.
Not because you're broken — but because you’re human.
