Counselling is a private and safe environment that supports you to explore the areas of life that are difficult for you. We uncover new growth and inner resources, and explore ways that you can integrate these into your life to work through the areas that have been troubling you. An important aspect of holistic and person-centred work is that we assume you are never ‘broken’, but that there are solutions and growth that haven’t yet become apparent. We keep exploring these ways forward while you grow and integrate new life skills and ways of being.
We draw on a number of evidence-based counselling therapies which you may have heard of including Person Centred Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focussed Counselling.
