The Centre for Holistic Living provides meditation teaching and facilitation for the community in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Meditation classes aim to teach you to create peace, calmness, relaxation and wellbeing, which you can draw on when circumstances in your life are difficult or stressful.

Meditation class options

Meditation can be learned in personal lessons one-on-one, or in group classes. Learning in person and via video calls are both excellent options.

The Centre for Holistic Living has locations in Bulimba, Brisbane, and in Yaroomba in Coolum on the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications and certification

Meditation facilitator and teacher Elle Reynolds holds a Meditation Facilitator’s Certificate qualification and has been teaching meditation within therapeutic private practice for over 10 years. She is a therapeutic level member of the Meditation Association of Australia, and is continually learning and deepening in her personal practice and professional training.
