Our approach to mindfulness and meditation is gentle, inclusive, and accessible to everyone, whether you are completely new to the practice or looking to deepen your journey. We create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore meditation in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Rather than focusing on rigid techniques or achieving a “perfect” meditation state, we encourage an intuitive and embodied experience. Our sessions blend guided meditation, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices to help you feel more present, grounded, and attuned to your inner world.

Sessions

Individual sessions are currently available to develop your meditation or mindfulness practice. Sessions with dedicated focus on your practice are available, or integrated with other therapies such as counselling, somatic psychotherapy, or energy healing.

Sessions can be done in person, or remotely via voice or video call. 

Meet Elle Reynolds

Meditation facilitator and teacher Elle Reynolds holds a Meditation Facilitator’s Certificate qualification and has been incorporating meditation and mindfulness in her therapeutic private practice for over 15 years. She is a therapeutic level member of the Meditation Association of Australia, and is continually learning and deepening in her personal practice and professional training.
